Exhibition set up
Monday 6th November 7pm – 10pm in the Warsaw Hall & Foyer, the ceiling height of the Warsaw Hall is 5m & the foyer is 3m, therefore please double check the height of your pop-up stand. Most pop-up stands are 7.08ft/2.2m to 7.2ft/2.4m in height.
Deliveries
Deliveries should not arrive before Monday 6th November. Please label all items with the postage label provided.
Please note the hotel are not insured to move any heavy deliveries. If you need a courier please use the Courier Service page
Lift Access
Weight: 5 kN/m2, Doors to WH: 177 cm width x 249 cm high
Furniture/Electricity
Each exhibitor will have 1 x (60 x 180cm) clothed trestle table, 2 chairs and access to a power point. Adapters are not provided on the day, if any of your equipment requires one, please bring your own.

Exhibition Break Down
Exhibition break down can begin on Thursday 9th November after the last networking break. Deliveries must be picked up on the 9th after the event. Suggested courier information on the next page.
