Brigadier General Luca PIPERNI was born in Udine, Italy on 20th April 1972. He attended the Italian Army Military Academy in Modena and Turin from 1990 to 1995 (172° Course) and graduated with university degree in political science. He received his Commission as an Artillery 2nd Lieutenant in 1992. After that, upon completion of his Officer’s training, he was appointed as an Anti-Aircraft Artillery (AAA)1st Lieutenant.
