Lieutenant Colonel Nicolas Rocquet

LTC Rocquet is a French Miliary Engineer seconded to the EU Military Staff, where he serves in the logistics direction as action officer and infrastructure expert. His base experience consists in various construction projects including nuclear submarine facilities. He also has followed the Ecole de Guerre cursus and has operational experience at tactical level in French operations and at strategic level in the French OHQ.
