Colonel Kyle Moulton
Colonel Kyle T. Moulton hails from Camden, Tennessee and received his commission as an Engineer officer upon graduation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1999.
Colonel Moulton’s duty assignments include:
Sapper Platoon Leader, Light Equipment Platoon Leader, and Company Executive Officer in the 27th Engineer Battalion (Combat) (Airborne) at Fort Bragg, NC.
Assistant Division Engineer in the 41st Engineer Battalion, 10th Mountain Division, Brigade Engineer in the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, and Company Commander and Battalion Operations Officer in the 1st Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, NY.
Engineer Operations Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division and Battalion Executive Officer and Operations Officer in the 508th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC.
Observer/Coach/Trainer in the Operations Group at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, LA.

Colonel Moulton’s operational deployments include: Operation Joint Forge in Bosnia and Herzegovina (2001-2002), Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan (2002-2003) and (2011-2012) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (2005-2006) and (2007-2008).
His military education includes the Engineer Officer Basic Course, Engineer Captains Career Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, Command and General Staff College, and the U.S. Army War College. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, a Master’s of Science degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a Master’s of Science degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
Among other awards and decorations, COL Moulton has received the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal with two Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Combat Action Badge, Ranger Tab, Master Parachutist Badge, German Parachutist Badge, Polish Parachutist Badge, Venezuelan Parachutist Badge, and Russian Parachutist Badge.
COL Moulton is married to the former Amela Uzicanin from Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina. They have two daughters, Shenandoah and Cheyenne.
