David Robert Cork

David joined the British Army in 1985 as an apprentice and specialised in Petroleum Operations. On reaching the rank of Sergeant David became an instructor in the Army School of Petroleum. David served on active duty in the first Gulf War and in the Baltic conflict in support of the United Nation peace keeping force. During his military service David completed tours in the UK with Ace Mobile Forces, 3 Commando Brigade and in Germany with 5 Ordnance Battalion.

Following his Army career David ran his own business for 10 years developing his commercial experience.

Between 2009 – 2021 David has been involved in the NATO/US mission to Afghanistan, assuming various roles in Operations Management. The last in theatre role being that of NCS Country Manager.

Since returning to the UK in 2014 David transitioned to WFS and has supported WFS Business development in Africa, USA and UK.

More recently David has managed the NCS Fuel operation in Afghanistan and the Baltic EFP/VJTF programme as Director and subsequently Senior Director of Operations. His AOR expanding to cover Defence Solution activity.
