What you’ll be doing:

Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing).

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely and effective campaign rollouts.

Help design and create content for the company’s website, mobile application, social media platforms, email newsletters, and promotional materials including printed material.

Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.

Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.

Support the creation of social media content calendars.

Assist in the design and execution of email marketing campaigns.

Help maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted communications.

Aid in developing and implementing strategies to promote events, including partnerships, influencer outreach, and community engagement.

Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials.

Competitive salary, depending on experience, plus excellent bonus schemes

28 days of annual leave (inclusive of public holidays) + 2 weeks additional leave in December.

Remuneration: £24,000 salary + £6,000 annual performance-related bonus
Work hours & location: 8:30AM - 5:00PM Mon-Fri, Chelmsford, Essex (This is a non-hybrid role)
