Ascent Flight Training

Ascent Flight Training is the UK Ministry of Defence's Training Service Partner (TSP) that designs, develops, procures, integrates, implements and delivers fixed wing, rotary wing, fast jet and rear crew training services for the UK Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS). 

Ascent has delivered > 150k live flying hours and > 90k simulator hours to date across our fleets to trainees from the UK and numerous foreign military customers.  Our rotray fleet consists of 29 Airbus H135 and 7 Airbus H145, with 8 FTDs and a 20m internal winch tower with a representative cabin and winch.

Operations are conducted under both UK CAA and UK MAA regulatory frameworks. Aircraft are maintained to both EASA and UK CAA regulatory standards with appropriate expositions held by our sub-contractor.
