By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the event and are legally binding.
2a. Refund Policy - Industry Delegate Pass PurchasesAll registrations and payments are final. Once a Delegate pass has been purchased, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to, non-attendance, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure you are able to attend the event before completing your registration and making payment.

Refund Policy - Military guest and other end user complimentary passesAny costs associated with your attendance will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to, non-attendance, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure you are able to attend the event before completing your registration.
3. Filming and Photography by Organisers and official event media partnersPlease be aware that videography, photography, and other media formats will be captured during the event by the organisers and/or our appointed official media partners. By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded. These recordings may be used by the event organisers for promotional, marketing, and other business purposes. If you wish to request that your image or commentary is removed from our footage, please contact info@defenceleaders.com within 7 days of the event's completion.
4. Filming Policy for AttendeesFor security and confidentiality reasons, attendees are strictly prohibited from filming or recording any part of the event, including presentations, discussions, and activities. This policy ensures the safety and privacy of all participants and the protection of sensitive information. However, attendees may take photographs in designated areas and at approved times, provided these do not include classified or restricted content. Presentation slides and related materials will be made available to attendees after the event, subject to clearance.
5. Data Privacy-
Data Collection: Personal data collected during registration (such as your name, email, and contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of managing the event, including but not limited to sending you event-related information.

No Sale of Data: Your personal data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Attendee List: Your name, job title, rank, and organisation may be included on an attendee list available to other participants. This list is intended to facilitate networking and collaboration among event participants. The list will not be published outside of the event or distributed to any person not registered for the event.

Event app networking: By completing your registration, your profile will automatically be created within the event app. This function will allow other attendees of the event to contact you via the message function within the app. If you wish to opt-out of this feature, please contact info@defenceleaders.com no later than 30 days prior to the event commencing.

Badge scanning: Your event badge includes a QR code that when scanned by an exhibitor will provide them with your registration contact information, this includes name, job title, rank, role, organisation, email and telephone number. If you wish to opt-out of this function please contact info@defenceleaders.com no later than 30 days prior to the event commencing.
The event organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, and content as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible.
7. LiabilityThe event organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property that may occur at the event. Attendance is at your own risk.
8. Code of ConductAll attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. The event organisers reserve the right to remove any individual who violates this code of conduct without a refund.
